Firebirds Wood Fired Grill at Village Pointe was our latest happy hour stop. Their happy hour runs from 3:00-7:00pm Mon-Fri and features $5 signature martinis, margaritas, cocktails and select glasses of wine. $4 well drinks. $2 off all draft beers. 1/2 price firebar appetizers.
This is one of the newest additions to our site and one of our top 5 Omaha happy hour spots. Firebirds has a great warm atmosphere and a huge fireplace, it almost reminds you of something you might find in a CO ski resort. The bar area is fairly small compared to other restaurants so we recommend getting there early in order to get a seat. When we were there it was a after work/professional type of crowd and we were lucky to get the last open table.
Besides the great atmosphere we like Firebirds because they have a huge happy hour drink menu and $5 for martini’s and margaritas is hard to beat. I had the “Perfect Margarita” which is normally a $10 drink and it packs quite the punch for $5. We also had the sliders and queso dip which were both good for your typical bar appetizer. We really like this happy hour and recommend checking it out!
